Some can be complete in as little as a year and many have gone on for much longer. We have heard of cases lasting up to several years.
Do I have to pay the entire premium up front?
Depending on your initial down payment and collateral we may be able to help you with this.
What type of collateral is required to secure an immigration bond?
In most cases we collateralize out bail bonds with homes or cash. If it is cash we will hold the money until the case has been completed and than return 100% of that cash collateral. If it is a home that was used for collateral we will secure it through the equity in the home with a lien and will release the lien as soon as the case is complete.
